Retail Customer Scenarios Test

Judgment in returns, queues, and complaints predicts customer retention and loss prevention on the shop floor.

What this test measures

The AssessFit Retail Customer Scenarios test is a timed, adaptive multiple-choice assessment drawn from a calibrated item bank. Candidates answer 6 questions selected adaptively from a bank tagged by difficulty — no two candidates see the same form, in about 6 minutes. Scores come with percentile benchmarks against candidates for similar roles, and every session is protected by AI proctoring (fullscreen, tab-switch, response-time, and camera signals).
