What this test measures
The AssessFit Working Memory test is a timed, adaptive multiple-choice assessment drawn from a calibrated item bank. Candidates answer 6 questions selected adaptively from a bank tagged by difficulty — no two candidates see the same form, in about 5 minutes. Scores come with percentile benchmarks against candidates for similar roles, and every session is protected by AI proctoring (fullscreen, tab-switch, response-time, and camera signals).
