Workplace Ethics Judgment Test
Employees who choose transparent, policy-aligned responses to conflicts of interest and pressure cause fewer compliance and fraud losses.
What this test measures
The AssessFit Workplace Ethics Judgment test is a timed, adaptive multiple-choice assessment drawn from a calibrated item bank. Candidates answer 6 questions selected adaptively from a bank tagged by difficulty — no two candidates see the same form, in about 6 minutes. Scores come with percentile benchmarks against candidates for similar roles, and every session is protected by AI proctoring (fullscreen, tab-switch, response-time, and camera signals).
Sample questions
- Accept the tickets, since a small gift will not influence your judgment
- Decline the tickets but keep the offer to yourself to avoid awkwardness
- Politely decline and disclose the offer to your manager as required by policy
- Accept the tickets but privately promise yourself it will not affect your scoring
